Mr. Elias Maboh

He is an Executive Director of Blai Minerals Resources Ltd and is a quadrilingual professional with over 10 years of international leadership in the oil and gas industry.

He holds reputable experience in onshore/offshore vessels management, cost control across portfolios, program operations and material coordination whilst adhering to safety standards.

He has successfully conducted operations in Las Palmas, Gran Canarias, Spain, Dakar Senegal, Angola, South Africa, Abidjan Ivory Coast, Tanzania, Namibia, Ocean Rig, Trans Ocean International.

Elias serves as the Executive Director of BMRL’s board.

Mr. Hekima Raymond

Mr. Hekima Raymond is the Board Chairman and CEO of BMRL. He is a Corporate Leader with over 14 years of experience in the mining industry and has leadership position in mining corporations.

He has a track record in project management, human resources management, government negotiations, environmental sciences and management and is widely known for his philanthropy works across The United Republic of Tanzania.
